issue still exists :( MakeMKV version 1.15.0
The 'problem' is with the disc authoring, not MakeMKV & is unlikely to change unless 'they' re-release the season. The solution is still using mkvtoolnix to split out the discreet episodes.

Re: Bombshell (2019)

While we're here... what series of button presses would I do in MakeMKV to "backup" the entirety of a BD to HD, anyway? (I'm assuming one begins by inserting the disc, and maybe turning off "Skip if shorter than ___" by setting that to '0', but the actual workflow doesn't spring to mind. Yet it's o...

Re: Bombshell (2019)

Highlight a title in the left-hand pane & observe 'Title Information' in the 'Info' pane (mid-right). Segment Count/Map & other salient details displayed there. When multiple (potentially fake) titles are displayed, you may need to visually match a reported .mpls/segment map by examining each title....

Redbox version I have matches everything you have here, but the file name is Uncut Gems_t318.mkv (not 315). Segment map is the same though.

Title # (..._txxx.mkv) is relative to an individual user's 'Minimum title length(seconds)' setting (Video tab). It's the .mpls that matters.

Two months I can understand. What about after four days?
The embedded key within that install was current when that version was released.

Re: Beta no longer working. Did leap year throw something off?

Expiration of beta key If I understand it, the beta key is set to expire at X date past the launch date of the current version, not at X date past the user's install date. Given the age of 1.14.7, would it be correct to conclude that *everyone's* beta key just expired this weekend? It would. Just l...

Re: Why no full backup for DVDs?

Plenty of FREE solutions for writing an .mkv, which you've already created, to DVD format. Try one?

Re: WH16NS40 Hesitation To Flash

So this is probably the 1000th time seeing this, but I don't know if I am ready to flash. I have read the one on my drive: https://www.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=19634\ However my "Drive Platform" does not match . I saw I have firmware version 1.00 and was wondering if I wanted to upgra...

Re: Mkv cannot open some UHD disks.

hi guys, I purchased the MD-8107S-U3 external burner. I tried to make a backup copy of some UD BDs I own but mkv was unable to open the disc. Where am I doing wrong? I use the latest version of mkv. You've provided very little to go on. See link below for recommended FW. https://makemkv.com/forum/v...

How can I update the database?
It's automatic. Assuming you have "Allow contacting web server for updates" checked on the General preferences tab, a check for SDF/HK updates is performed on MakeMKV startup & updates are reported in the status pane.

Re: AACS 2.1 support

Trying to access the movie "your name", its the 4kuhd edition with aacs 2.1, mkv has trouble decrypting it. added the dump file as an attachment. my other question is: why does makemkv say this?; https://i.imgur.com/Uqe3kdq.png is there a problem with my bd reader? do i need a different one? I see that MakeMKV can have more than one instance running on Windows 10. Can it rip multiple discs simultaneously?
To facilitate this, check "Ask for single drive mode" on the IO preferences tab. This asks you to assign a specific optical drive to each instance of MakeMKV & avoids conflicts.
